Here is an example of one week cruise towards Guadeloupe

Day 1 :
Provisioning and departure from le Marin toward Les Anses d' Arlet for lunch (2 hours of navigation). One sails along the coast then downwind on the Caribbean side of Martinique to Saint Pierre (5 hs of navigation), flat sea and light winds. Night in the historic anchorage, former capital of Martinique.
Day 2 :
Depart early for the crossing of the Dominica Channel (3 hours of navigation), and then sail in the lee of the island to the north end of Dominica(4 hours of navigation), smooth sea and weak wind.
Night in Portsmouth.
Day 3 :
Portsmouth / Marie Galante (5 hours of nav.) Visit of the island.
Day 4 :
Sail downwind at the island of Marie Galante, anchoring and swimming on the numerous desolate beaches edged by coconut trees, underwater swimming in search of the numerous lobsters.
Day 5 :
Marie Galante / Les Saintes (3 hs of navigation running with the wind), It is the moment to set the spi to discover this marvellous archipel of islands of Les Saintes and its many anchorages, abounding with fish.(underwater fishing is allowed).
Day 6 :
Exploring les Saintes, you have a lot of choices between several isolated anchorages, and small restaurants on the waterside.
Day 7 :
Return toward Guadeloupe (4 hs of navigation) with a marvellous anchorage at l'ilet Gosier.
