Supple travel bags are best suited

Luggage

Your bags should be easy to store away so it is best to travel with soft and flexible bags rather than rigid suitcases.

Despite the predominantly sunny weather forecast, it is a good idea to pack an oilskin or weatherproof jacket just in case of the occasional squall. Other than that, summer clothing is all that is required, including a sun hat, sun glasses and a good sun cream.
It is, however, worth remembering that more conventional clothing is best for any administrative formalities.

Bed sheets and bath towels are provided but no beach towels or bedspeads (there is no need for the latter in the Antilles!)

A First Aid Kit is available on every boat, as is required by French law. You will find plasters, antiseptic solution and other basics etc but please remember to bring your own medication and pharmaceutical products where necessary.
It is also worth bringing a mosquito repellent.

You will also find 4 sets of flippers, masks and snorkels of standard sizes on board. If, however, you are a diving enthusiast, you are advised to bring your own equipment along with you.
