Hello!

Just a quick word to express my total satisfaction with all my dealings with the agency Régis Guillemot Charter.

First of all, I found out about the company in 2011 following a friend's recommendation...
Having had several unpleasant experiences with other charter agencies in the Antilles ( useless dinghy outboard engine, faulty rigging...), I now have complete confidence in Régis Guillemot and have now had a total of 4 magnificent holidays with friends and family.

Why am I writing this? Because firstly the administrative team (Stéphanie, Hélène) gave me instant answers to my questions (email, telephone), always considerate and smiling, and suggesting solutions that fitted each problem, (taxi recommendations, car hire, doctors...), not to mention the catamarans for hire: Lagoon 440, Lagoon 400 are in perfect condition and very well equipped (tracker, electric winch, converter, enough hawsers...), the competent crew are professional, reassuring and available, so much so that each one of my navigations have gone incredibly smoothly and its only right that I write about my enthusiasm for your company and to thank you for all your help along the way.
