Need to take a break? Get away for an unforgettable weekend!

This will be a weekend unlike all others. You will take a complete break here and will feel like you have been away for ages - this cruise is a real holiday.

Day 1

Board your catamaran on the Friday afternoon at the port of Le Marin, then set off for Saint Lucia, which is 3 hours' sail away.
You have the following choice of moorings for your first night:

  • You can either spend it to the north of the island at Gros Islet, where there is an enormous party, known as Friday Night
  • Or you can sail for a further 1.30 hours to Anse La Raye, a fishing village which really comes alive at nightfall: barbecues light up along the beach, music gets into full swing, the local villagers dance in the streets...

Wherever you are, good spirits will abound and you will already be feeling a million miles from home...

Day 2

Saturday is the best day for sailing well to the south of the island, to the majestic anchorage point at Deux Pitons and La Soufrière, where there is mooring available.

Make a start on foot or by taxi to the waterfalls of the Diamond Botanical Gardens then head for the mineral baths of the Sulphur Springs, where steam jets and geysers spurt out of the ground while water is bubbling in the natural baths.

The afternoon can be devoted to a well-deserved rest and swim in the transparent waters, where you can admire the seabed 15 metres below your feet...

Day 3

On Sunday you will gradually reascend the island during a 2.30 hour sail, with a halt at Rodney Bay for lunch – unless you would prefer to dine at one of the charming and very reasonably-priced restaurants on the waters' edge: the Jambe de Bois restaurant will be only too happy to welcome you.

Next is the canal crossing and 3 hours during which you can observe the flying fish, the dolphins which might come and play alongside the catamaran, or maybe even the whales...

You will arrive back in Martinique at about 5 pm after a weekend packed with amazing memories.
